Om Mama Zen Baby
Mom & Baby Yoga is all about YOU & your darling little one! You are so deserving of this time to recharge, regain your pre-pregnancy energy, core strength, stamina, and flexibility. Yoga will help calm your mind, enliven your body, & soothe your spirit. It helps rebalance your body/mind/spirit and energy postpartum after giving birth and embarking on your motherhood journey. It is a beautiful bonding experience to enjoy with your baby. Come join us and experience this Yoga that gently incorporates your baby into your practice.
Om Mama Zen Baby Classes include:
- Asanas/Stretching integrating babies into your practice
- Postpartum Energy/ Strength Building
- Breathing Techniques
- Relaxation/Visualization/Meditation
- Dancing with your baby
-Infant Massage Techniques
-Being with other new moms in a supportive community of small group classes
Om Mama Zen Baby PRIVATE sessions include:
25 minute, 60 minute, or 90 minute private session with you are your baby
** older siblings may be present during the session, but you are responsible for their care.
- Stretching/Asanas integrating babies into your practice
-Breathing Techniques
-Relaxation/Meditation
-Infant Massage
- Customized private instruction
* may take place in the comfort of your home when packages are selected.
Ages:
Moms & babies
(4- 6 weeks until crawling)
Please consult with and have your Midwife or OBGYN sign a healthcare release before engaging in Postpartum Yoga.)
WHERE: varies by location
Length: Classes are usually 45-60 minutes in length depending on location.
What to Bring: Please bring a water bottle, & a blanket to lie your baby on. You may bring a yoga mat if you want, but they are provided for you.
