Belly to Baby Series
This series includes 4-6 classes lasting from 60-90 min depending on location. Designed for mamas to prepare your body for labor and birth and the rapid physiological changes of pregnancy. This series will help you to calm the mind, de-stress, strengthen your body, focus your breath, and go within to connect with your precious baby! Please see our about prenatal yoga page for many of the benefits. Each week we will build on the previous one, incorporating asanas, breathing, meditation, and deep relaxation.
We will cover:
- Asanas (yoga postures) suitable for second and third trimesters
- Pranayamas (Breathing techniques) ideal for labor, birthing, motherhood
-Intro to Mudras for Mamas (Hand Yoga) for pregnancy, birth & breastfeeding
_Aromatherapy with essential oils

What you will need to bring/sign: A water bottle, a yoga mat if you like (mats props, blankets, etc. are all provided), & your liability release. You will need to get the okay from your midwife or Dr. before starting a prenatal yoga program. Both the liability and healthcare releases can be found in our Yoga section under releases.
**This class size is limited for expecting mothers to foster an intimate environment. To honor the class space, drop-ins are not offered. ** You must have completed your first trimester(12 weeks) in order to begin.
